Roland Baylor appeals the sentence imposed by the trial court after he was convicted of aggravated robbery. The jury assessed punishment at 60 years imprisonment, and the trial court in imposing sentence ordered the 60-year sentence to run consecutive to a 50-year sentence previously imposed in Cause No.2003-CR-9966A, in which Baylor was convicted of attempted capital murder.
