Appellant, James Andrew Hollin, pleaded guilty to the offense of felony murder and was sentenced by the trial court to 35 years' confinement. TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. § 19.02(b)(3) (Vernon 2005). In his first point of error, appellant contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to quash the felony murder indictment because his conduct was exclusively governed by the offense of intoxication manslaughter...
