Appellant Pine Oak Builders, Inc., builds homes. Appellees, Great American Lloyds Insurance Co. and Mid-Continent Casualty Co., sold Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance policies to Pine Oak. Pine Oak was subsequently sued by several homeowners, who alleged damages resulting from faulty construction.
