ORDER OF TEMPORARY SUSPENSION

The Inquiry Commission has moved the Court, pursuant to SCR 3.165(1)(a), to enter an Order of Temporary Suspension against Melbourne Mills, whose bar roster address is 106 N. Main St., Versailles, Ky. 40383. After reviewing the record and hearing oral argument on the matter, we agree with the Inquiry Commission and do find, that there is probable cause to believe that Mr. Mills is or has been misappropriating...
