A jury found appellant, Jarvis Dewayne Denman, guilty of aggravated assault and assessed punishment at 13 years. Appellant presents four issues on appeal: (1) the evidence is legally insufficient to support the conviction; (2) the evidence was factually insufficient to support the conviction; (3) the trial court erred in not including an application paragraph in the jury charge on the defense of self-defense with non-deadly force...
