Appellant Sharon Lynn Herrington appeals a judgment in favor of Sandcastle Condominium Association ("Sandcastle"). Herrington brought suit against Sandcastle for declaratory judgment and wrongful foreclosure. The trial court found the foreclosure valid and awarded Sandcastle damages for reasonable rent of $13,450 and attorney's fees of $5,453.73.
