{¶ 1} Appellant, Nicholas T. Merillat, appeals the judgment of the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas that granted summary judgment to appellee, Auto-Owners Insurance Company ("Auto-Owners"), on its complaint seeking a declaratory judgment on a policy of insurance. Auto-Owners' named insureds were David and Angela Towers. Aaron Towers, David Towers's son and a minor at the time, was driving a car that was involved in a one-car accident...
