{1} Appellant, Browind C. (Mother), appeals the trial court's judgment terminating her parental rights to her daughter, Lovina B. (Child). This case requires us to evaluate the procedure due parents under the Abuse and Neglect Act (Act), NMSA 1978, §§ 32A-4-1 to -34 (1993, as amended through 2005), when a permanent guardianship is revoked.
