Relator Rodney Oestreich seeks a writ of mandamus compelling the Honorable Stephen B. Ables, Judge of the 216th District Court, Gillespie County, to withdraw his order retaining jurisdiction of Oestreich's lawsuit filed in the county court. We conditionally grant the writ.
