A jury convicted Robert W. Davis and Paul L. Bainter of eight counts of armed criminal action, seven counts of felonious restraint, first degree robbery, first degree burglary, and resisting arrest. Each of the two defendants was sentenced as a prior and persistent offender to a total of two life terms plus 512 years in prison.
