Per Curiam.

The petition, dated September 22, 2004, contains 12 charges of professional misconduct. The respondent served an answer dated January 21, 2005, denying most of the allegations. Preliminary hearings were held before a Special Referee on February 10, 2005, March 3, 2005, and March 18, 2005.
