Appellant Robert Lee Williams Jr. was charged with capital murder, aggravated robbery, and residential burglary. These crimes were allegedly committed on August 5, 2004, when Robert was sixteen years old. After being criminally charged as an adult in circuit court, he filed a motion to transfer the case to the juvenile division of circuit court.
