{1} Defendant Israel Delgado Munoz ("Defendant") was convicted of custodial interference, contrary to NMSA 1978, § 30-4-4(B) (1989), and injuring or tampering with a vehicle, contrary to NMSA 1978, § 66-3-506 (1978). The Court of Appeals affirmed Defendant's convictions in an unpublished memorandum opinion. State v. Munoz, No. 23,094 (Ct.App. Feb. 7, 2003).
