OPINION OF THE COURT

Per Curiam.

The Grievance Committee served the respondents with separate petitions dated June 29, 2004. The petition against John F. Tague III contains 12 charges of professional misconduct. The petition against Cynthia V. Tague contains 13 charges of professional misconduct. After a joint hearing on April 28, 2005, the Special Referee sustained all of the charges against both respondents. The Grievance Committee now moves to confirm...
