Garry L. Eckhoff ("Movant") appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. Movant sought to vacate his convictions for two counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree, Section 566.062, RSMo 2000, following the entry of his guilty pleas, for which Movant was sentenced to two concurrent terms of fourteen years' imprisonment.
