PER CURIAM.

JPG Enterprises, Inc. ("JPG"), timely appeals a non-final order denying its motion to compel arbitration. Because the parties did not agree to arbitrate the claims in the plaintiff's complaint, we affirm.

In March 2004, Donna Evans signed a contract for the purchase of a home to be built by JPG on property owned by Evans. Ultimately, Evans sued JPG, asserting a claim for breach of contract and a claim under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade...
