GENOVESE, Judge.
In this case, Defendants appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of Plaintiffs which held that a sale of Plaintiffs' radiator business to Defendants had been perfected, and that Plaintiffs were entitled to the purchase price therefor. For the following reasons, we affirm in part, and reverse in part.
