¶ 1. Frank Huguley and his wife, Sheila, appeal from the decision of the Harrison County Circuit Court granting summary judgment for Imperial Palace of Mississippi, Inc. Huguley, accompanied by his sister, Elizabeth Dale, slipped and fell on his way to his car in the casino's parking lot.
