We affirm Gregory A. Cutts' challenges to his sentences for two sexual battery convictions, which he contends were imposed in contravention of Blakely v. Washington, 542 U.S. 296, 124 S.Ct. 2531, 159 L.Ed.2d 403 (2004). Mr. Cutts was convicted and originally sentenced in March 2000.
