R.A.D.A., Rule 8A, two of the defendants in this matter, Carleen Crimi and Kevin Crimi (collectively, the "Defendants"), filed this expedited appeal of the trial judge's allowance of a motion by the Plaintiff, Ruth Mileon ("Mileon"), to vacate a judgment of dismissal under Mass.
