OPINION BY GANTMAN, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Glue Wilkins, asks us to determine whether the trial court erred when it dismissed his complaint against the Dauphin County District Attorney, charging misconduct under 16 P.S. § 1405. We hold Appellant failed to establish probable cause for his misconduct action against the District Attorney accused. Accordingly, we affirm.
