Ivan Izquierdo seeks a belated appeal of the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief. Because his request is both substantively and legally insufficient, we deny it.

Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.140(b)(3) and Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850(g) both provide that a defendant has thirty days to file an appeal of the denial of a postconviction motion. Mr. Izquierdo ignores those provisions, and, instead, points to...
