¶1. Kevin Scott (Scott) and Leroy Lynch confronted seventy-four-year-old Richard Lee in the carport of his home. When Lee's wife, Lurline, heard voices, she opened the door of their home and shots were fired at her. She was able to slam the door and initiate a call to the police. Lee was shot, and Scott fled the scene in Lee's car...
