This appeal arises from an interlocutory order in a class action certification proceeding in which the trial court certified two of four subclasses the plaintiffs sought to certify as members of a more broadly defined class of all patients whom Willis-Knighton Medical Center ("WKMC") provided medical treatment for injuries caused by the fault of a third party tortfeasor and filed statutory liens on any judgment or settlement proceeds to which these patients...
