In this medical malpractice action, Donna Dillon appeals a judgment granting the exception of prematurity filed by defendant Dr. Brian Willis, a neurosurgeon who had treated her minor daughter, Candace Allen.

Concluding that Dr. Willis was entitled to have this claim first submitted to a medical review panel, we affirm.
