Defendant, State of Louisiana, through the Department of Wildlife & Fisheries ("DWF"), appeals from a judgment granting plaintiff, St. John the Baptist Parish ("the Parish"), a permanent injunction prohibiting DWF from removing, destroying or dismantling certain camps and related structures within the Parish's right of use servitude area as declared by the trial court.
