Laura Wilson was a tenured teacher who was employed by the Madison County Board of Education ("the Board") pursuant to an employment contract. Wilson served as a physical-education teacher at Buckhorn High School ("the school") for approximately seven years. Wilson also received supplemental income in addition to the salary provided pursuant to her teaching contract to compensate her for coaching the junior-varsity and varsity cheerleading squads...
