The claimant, Joseph P. Roy, appeals a judgment of a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) dismissing his suit for benefits arising from an accident allegedly sustained in the course and scope of his employment with the defendant, Hub City Paving Contractors. We affirm the judgment of the WCJ.
