DOWNING, J.

Cullen Hebert, M.D., appeals a partial summary judgment wherein the trial court ruled that he breached the applicable medical standards of care and that his breach caused the death of his patient. Concluding that the appellee did not prove her entitlement to summary judgment, we reverse the judgment.
