This lawsuit arises from a multi-vehicle accident that occurred on April 24, 2003, when a tractor/trailer rig failed to stop for a red light on U.S. Highway 90 East in Lafayette Parish. Plaintiffs and three insurers filed motions for summary judgment regarding insurance coverage and the ranking of insurance policies.
