Once again, we are called upon to correct the error of a circuit judge in regard to Tanya and Linda McGlade's application for release during the appeals of their criminal convictions. On October 13, 2006, we set aside the judge's order denying the McGlades' application, and we directed him to release them on reasonable conditions.
