Appellants, Esque Real Estate Holdings, Inc., James Thompson and Janet Kent, appeal the trial court's order denying their motion to quash and vacate a foreclosure sale and ordering the issuance of a certificate of title and writ of possession to C.H. Consulting, Ltd. Because appellants did not allege a defect or irregularity connected with the sale, we affirm.
