Defendant, John Kennedy, Jr., originally charged with three counts of aggravated incest, a violation of La. R.S. 14:78.1, was allowed to plead guilty to one count of sexual battery, a violation of La. R.S. 14:43.1. The victims were minors, defendant's niece and nephew.
