The Defendant, Rapides Parish Police Jury ("the RPPJ"), appeals the trial court's failure to award damages for wrongful issuance of a temporary restraining order (TRO). The Plaintiff, Felix Mouton, Jr., answered the appeal asserting that the trial court erred in assessing him with attorney's fees pursuant to La.Code Civ.P. art. 3608.
