¶ 1 John and Michelle J. Gojmerac appeal the September 1, 2005 order of the Berks County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of Appellees Jona Naughton, administratrix of the estate of Brendan A. Naughton, and Donald Naughton. We affirm.
