The plaintiff, Daniel Proulx, appeals the order of the Superior Court (Hicks, J.) affirming the decision of the New Hampshire Department of Safety upholding the suspension of his driver's license by the defendant, the Director of the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV). We affirm.
