¶ 1 Richard and Candace Joseph appeal from the July 15, 2005 order denying their petition to modify or correct an arbitration award. We conclude that the provision of the Federal Arbitration Act permitting a party three months to challenge an arbitration award is a procedural provision not applicable in this state action.
