Kevin Carter appeals from an order summarily denying his rule 3.800(a) motion. We reverse.

Carter entered a guilty plea to three offenses that were alleged to have occurred on November 22, 1996. His primary offense at sentencing was second degree felony murder with a firearm in violation of section 782.04(3).
