Tate, was charged by criminal complaint with possession of drug paraphernalia (720 ILCS 600/3.5(a) (West 2002)), unlawful consumption of liquor (235 ILCS 5/6-20 (West 2002)), and unlawful possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis (720 ILCS 550/4(a) (West 2002)).
