In this lawsuit, Drs. Ralph Abraham, Randy Head, and Ron Morgan ("plaintiffs") asserted that defendants violated Louisiana law by conspiring to restrain trade in violation of La. R.S. 51:122, and conspiring to monopolize in violation of La. R.S. 51:123. Among plaintiffs' other claims is that defendants violated Louisiana's Unfair Trade Practices laws.
