{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment denying a second motion for relief from a judgment dismissing a petition for a writ of habeas corpus.

{¶ 2} In 1988, appellant, William O. Harris, was convicted of aggravated murder and sentenced to a prison term of 20 years to life. In October 2004, Harris filed a petition in the Court of Appeals for Lorain County for a writ of habeas corpus to compel appellees...
