¶ 1 Father, G.T., appeals from the trial court's order changing the goal from reunification to adoption1 and terminating his parental rights2 of his two daughters. Essentially, G.T. complains that because a significant part of the transcript is missing and cannot be found, the trial court's decision should be reversed and the case remanded for a new hearing.
