¶ 1. On September 25, 2000, the Neshoba County Department of Human Services(DHS) obtained custody of the minor child H.G. under an emergency order from the Neshoba County Youth Court. On September 27, 2000, a temporary custody order was issued by the Youth Court of Neshoba County which placed custody of the child with the Neshoba County Department of Human Services, pending a hearing.
