The Town of Elmore appeals the trial court's summary judgment holding its annexation invalid because it lacked the requisite consent of the landowners whose property was being annexed. The Town of Elmore also appeals the trial court's summary judgment dismissing its counterclaim challenging an annexation by the Town of Coosada as improper. We affirm.
