RAMIREZ, J.

The defendant, Rudolph Manuel, appeals the trial court's final judgment adjudicating him guilty of possession of cocaine, as well as the denial of his dispositive motion to suppress evidence and statements. Because the arresting officer did not have a reasonable suspicion to conduct an investigative stop of Manuel, the resulting seizure was illegal. Consequently, the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress.
