The defendants, Paul W. and Mirja Hanslin, appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiffs, Benjamin and Linda Carpenter, and the third-party defendant, Lynn Labossiere, in their dispute concerning rights-of-way across certain property owned by the Hanslins in Charlestown, Rhode Island.
