In this case, we decide whether a juvenile court judge has the authority to subpoena information and testimony from officers of an executive agency regarding a matter within the jurisdiction of that court. We review Agency for Persons with Disabilities v. F.G., 917 So.2d 887 (Fla. 3d DCA 2005), which held that a judge does not have such authority.
