Appellants-defendants The Eryk-Midamco Company (Eryk), Mid-America Management Corporation (Mid-America), and Mark Misencik (collectively, the Appellants) appeal from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of appellee-defendant Bank One, N.A.
