OPINION

SHARPNACK, Judge.

Chris McGehee appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of Travis and Tamara Elliott (the "Elliotts"). McGehee raises two issues, which we restate as:

I. Whether the trial court's findings that McGehee breached his contract to provide the Elliotts with a right of first refusal on McGehee's land is clearly erroneous; and II. Whether the trial court's findings regarding damages are clearly erroneous.
