This is the direct appeal of defendant-appellant, Albert Smith, from final judgments of conviction that were entered in the Superior Court. Smith was indicted on charges of Attempted Murder in the First Degree (two counts), Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (two counts), and Attempted Robbery in the First Degree for an incident occurring on December 11, 2003.
